• Contact details you provide through the form or by email: first and last name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.
• Technical data collected automatically (with your consent, via analytics cookies): IP address, device and browser type, pages visited. See the Cookie Policy.

4. Recipients of the data

The data may be accessed by authorised INFOSHARE Consulting personnel and by processors who provide us with services (web hosting, email, analytics tools), under GDPR-compliant processing agreements. We do not sell your data and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own purposes.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

If some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

6. Storage period

• Data from requests: for as long as needed to resolve them and thereafter in line with legitimate interests / legal obligations, generally a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.
• Cookies: in line with the durations indicated in the Cookie Policy.
