Cookie policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work correctly, remember your preferences and, with your consent, provide us with usage statistics.

2. What types of cookies we use

Category	Purpose	Consent	Duration
Necessary	Core functionality, site security (Cloudflare) and remembering your cookie choice.	Not required (essential)	up to 12 months
Preferences	Remember choices such as language or region. We currently use no cookies in this category.	Yes, optional	—
Statistics	Aggregated statistics about how the site is used (Google Analytics, with IP address anonymised).	Yes, optional	up to 2 years
Marketing	Playing embedded videos (YouTube) and campaign measurement, should we run campaigns.	Yes, optional	up to 6 months

Preferences, statistics and marketing cookies are disabled by default and are only enabled for the categories you accept. The tools that set them (for example Google Analytics) are not loaded at all before you give your consent.

Cookies currently in use (the same list is shown, by category, in the “Cookie settings” window):

Cookie	Provider	Purpose	Duration	Category
askcmp_consent	infoshare.ro	Remembers your cookie choice	12 months	Necessary
__cf_bm, cf_clearance	Cloudflare	Security and bot protection	30 minutes / 1 year	Necessary
_ga, _ga_*	Google Analytics	Aggregated usage statistics (IP anonymised)	2 years	Statistics
VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, YSC	YouTube	Playing embedded videos, only after you click play	6 months / session	Marketing

3. How to manage your preferences

• Through the banner shown on your first visit: “Accept all”, “Reject” or “Settings”. “Settings” opens the “Cookie settings” window, where you switch each category on or off and click “Save choices” (or “Accept all” / “Reject all”).
• At any time afterwards, through the Cookie settings button above, the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer or the floating “Cookie settings” button in the bottom-left corner of the page.
• If you withdraw your consent for a category, its cookies from the list above are deleted from your browser and the page reloads so that the tools concerned stop running.
• Your choice is kept for 12 months in the “askcmp_consent” cookie (the accepted categories, the date and a random identifier, with no data that identifies you). After 12 months, or if the list of cookies changes, we ask for your consent again.
• From your browser settings, where you can block or delete existing cookies.

4. Third-party cookies

The third-party tools in the list above set their own cookies, in accordance with their own policies, and are only loaded after you give your consent for the relevant category: Google Analytics (statistics; we use Google Consent Mode v2, and the script is not loaded before consent) and YouTube (marketing; embedded videos are only loaded after consent). Cloudflare cookies serve the security of the site, are necessary and do not depend on consent.

5. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect technical or legal changes. The current version is always available on this page.
